About Us

MONDAYS is Jennifer Fiore and Nina Lalli.

We met in a Monday night ceramics class and became close friends and mutual fans right away. After a year of obsessive making and brainstorming we moved into a new studio and launched our website in 2012.

Our collection is still entirely hand-built, and our line has evolved to encompass a "Permanent Collection" of customizable tableware and an always-changing selection of "One of a kind" sculptural vessels and objects.

All MONDAYS products are lead-free and food-safe, unless noted in the description. All our tableware is dishwasher safe, though hand washing is recommended for large pieces or irregular shapes. Some of our glazes are not microwave-safe; this will be noted in their descriptions. Your tableware may develop a patina over time—we think this adds to the beauty of the hand made pieces, but understand it may bother you—if it does, gently scrubbing with Bar Keeper’s friend should remove all cutlery marks.

In an effort to reduce waste, and to be more ecological, your order may include recycled packing materials.

Our studio is located near the Navy Yard in Clinton Hill. We welcome visitors by appointment.
